I began my professional journey at Roxhill Media, which built a strong foundation for understanding software engineering. Over the years I honed my engineering skills as a programmer, contributing to building and optimising modern software solutions.
The blend of management insight and technical hands-on experience naturally led me to MindFriend, where I can lead technical strategy with a holistic perspective. I care deeply about building clean, scalable software and creating an environment where developers can produce their best work.

As Tech Lead at MindFriend, I oversee our technical architecture and guide the engineering strategy day to day. I am responsible for driving code quality, streamlining development workflows and ensuring our core platform processes run smoothly and reliably.
